About this preview
A working preview of a managed, governed discovery-review agent, built by Coherent Systems Group for evaluation.
What it is
Discovery Review reviews a set of discovery documents (the other side's production, your client's own files, or both) and surfaces what the record shows, on both sides, with a verbatim quote and Bates number for every point. It never decides; the attorney does. It sets aside documents that appear privileged before any analysis, and it checks every quote word for word against its source, dropping any it cannot verify.
The data
Every document here is fictional: Okafor v. Tamarisk Freight Systems, a California employment matter written for this demonstration. No real person, company, case, or client information appears anywhere in it.
The demo firm
Once you sign in, the preview wears the look of a made-up firm, "Pearson Hardman," a nod to the television series Suits, to show how the tool takes on a firm's own branding. It is a fictional name used in fun; it is not a real firm, and no affiliation with or endorsement by anyone is implied.
How it is governed
- Each agent is versioned. Its instructions belong to the firm and carry a fingerprint shown in the footer of every page.
- Before each release the agent runs a regression test against a known answer key: what it must find, what it must not over-read, and what it must hold as privileged.
- Every run is logged step by step and can be replayed exactly.
