What this preview collects, and what it does not.

1. Sign-in. When you sign in, your browser keeps one cookie for seven days. It holds the username and a signature, nothing else.
2. Hosting. The site runs on Cloudflare, which processes each request and may keep standard security logs, such as IP address and time.
3. No tracking. There are no analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies.
4. Usage log. So we can see whether the preview is used and improve it, the site records each sign-in, the screens and documents opened, and questions asked of "Ask the record", with your username and the time. Only Coherent Systems Group sees it, and it is deleted after 30 days.
5. Recorded runs. A recorded run replays a run made earlier on fictional documents. Nothing you choose is uploaded.
6. Live runs, when enabled. Your documents are read in your browser. Only the text needed for analysis is sent, over an encrypted connection, to the AI model provider, and only for that run.
